CSF Performance high-flow intercooler upgrade kit designed for 4.0L twin-turbo V8 applications in the Lamborghini Urus, Audi RS Q8, and Porsche Cayenne.
The kit includes left and right performance intercoolers featuring PWR Formula-1 performance-grade 2-row cores with rolled tubes and internal fins. CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks and 100% TIG-welded construction provide increased strength and durability for high-performance applications.
The intercoolers are finished with a thermal dispersion ceramic coating designed to improve heat dissipation while providing a durable stealth appearance.
The kit uses factory mounting points and is designed as a direct drop-in replacement. No cutting or modifications are required, and compatible OEM components can be reused.
An integrated 1/8 NPT port with plug is provided on the lower outlet tank for water-methanol injection. The kit also features a 1-piece welded charge pipe.
